The Truffle creation dishes change continuously according to the season and the fresh ingredients, it is constantly evolving with the Chefs inspirations. First Course selection Choice of Beef & truffle tartare or Fig & Foie Gras Salad

Beef & truffle tartare is Australian beef tenderloin, truffle mustard, shallot, garlic, parsley, caper, egg, truffle sliced

Fig & Foie Gras Salad

Fig & Foie Gras Salad to consist of Fresh fig, pan seared foie gras, brandy honey, beet root, crispy risotto, lettuce


Truffle Soup

Second Course Choice of Truffle Soup or Alaska king crab cold soup

Truffle Soup Is a mixture of Urbani truffle paste, dried porcini, dried shitake, potato, puff pastry, truffle sliced

Alaska king crab cold soup

Alaska king crab cold soup is amixed of Marinated Alaska king crab, tomato, cucumber, shallot, basil.

Spaghetti vongole bottarga

Third Course Choice of Spaghetti vongole bottarga or Risotto porcini beef cheek.

Spaghetti vongole bottarga is a mixed of Home made pasta, Vongole, Bottarga, garlic, chili, parsley.

Risotto porcini beef cheek

Risotto porcini beef cheek is a mixed of Carnaroli risotto, Black angus beef cheek, porcini, Parmigiano Reggiano, black truffle, red wine reduction.

Chef cook fish sea bass, baked salt show of the Sea bass baked salt menu.

Fourth Course Choice of Sea bass baked salt or Tournedos Rossini.

Sea bass baked salt is a mixed of Spanish sea bass, marinated salt, butternut pumpkin puree, caponata rolled, marinated tomato.

Tournedos Rossini.

Tournedos Rossini is a mixed of Australian beef tenderloin, pistachio espuma, porcini, black truffle sliced, foie gras, beef juice.

The last Course choice of Semifreddo Al Tartufo Bianco or Coconut platte.

Chef Toei, “Saharat Thangthai”

Here you will be able to enjoy both the view and the beauty of the food taste with the fragrant smell of truffles. Created by Chef Toei, “Saharat Thangthai”, which is the first chef. He used to be Challenger with chef Ian in the Iron chef Thailand cooking competition.

VIP’s private room is always remarkable efficient and unique. Virtually every dish is made from our kitchen from the freshest ingredients. URBANI can personalize your meal with a bit of time notice because the preparation for a special guest often starts well ahead of their arrival.

Larger groups upon prior request may be seated in VIP private room where they can enjoy intimacy while ordering off the menu or from a special menu. The VIP room aims to make your dining experience as enjoyable and memorable as possible.
